Precious Initial Charms are a beautiful way to honour yourself and your loved ones by wearing their initials close to your heart.
A 6mm disc is stamped with the initial of your choice. Stack them up and wear them together - buy charms with a chain here.
To specify which letter you would like on your charm, please leave a note on your order. To leave a note, go to the cart with your order in it, and add a note with the letter or letters you would like.

As every piece we make is handmade to order, please allow 6-10 weeks for your pieces to be made.
If you need a piece by a specific date, please do not hesitate to contact us before purchasing, as we will make every effort to meet your needs.

- For orders under $250, a flat rate $10 shipping fee is charged.

- All parcels are sent with a non-negotiable signature on delivery option to ensure delivery records are kept and the customer is protected against possible theft.
- If you wish to purchase postal insurance for your item you are most welcome to contact us at hello@elizabethwiltshirejewellery.com and we can invoice separately for the level of cover you wish to purchase.
How is my jewellery made?
All of our pieces are made to order, by hand. As such there is a beautiful natural variation in each of our pieces, and no two pieces will be identical. We are happy to repair manufacturing faults free of charge within the first 6 months of purchase.

How to care for your Fine Jewellery?
In order to care for your pieces properly, do not wear them when undertaking any of the following activities:
Showering
- Washing your hands
- Washing up
- Cleaning
- Whilst in contact with any abrasives
- Whilst applying cosmetics, moisturisers or perfumes
- Sleeping
- Exercising
- Any circumstance where your pieces may be at risk of harm
To clean Sterling Silver and Solid Gold 9ct, 14ct or 18ct Gold pieces use a soft cotton cloth.
For stone pieces (and pieces with small crevices, for example the granule +melt series) warm soapy water and a very soft brush can help you reach some of the difficult to clean areas.
As always, make sure to be incredibly gentle as your jewellery is delicate and though made of precious metals, is easy to damage from too much force.
For gold plated items, similar cleaning processes can be used but make absolutely sure to use nothing abrasive on your gold plated pieces as this will gradually remove the pure gold plating. Many polishing cloths contain a small amount of fine polishing compound in them and are only suitable for use on sold metal pieces. Make sure to use only plain soft cotton cloth very gently to clean your gold plated items.
